Susonity has officially become part of Global New Material International Holdings Ltd. (GNMI). The transaction closed on July 31 with ownership transferring from Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany to GNMI, in a 665-million-euro cash deal. With the acquisition, Susonity will further expand its global reach and pigment portfolio.
